Currently studying as a master student of the Integrated Design program at Kobe Design University (Japan), after being granted a merit scholarship by the japanese governement. Her background stands for a bachelor degree in design at the Federal University of Pernambuco - UFPE (Brazil), where she was granted the summa cum laude honor for a gobal average grade of 9,56 (in a 0-10 scale).
Has published 6 scientific papers in international conferences and scientific journals, written and edited dozens of blog posts, in her current blogs about scholarships and humanitarian projects & volunteering. Actively promotes her personal brand through social media, as an invited speaker and mediator of round tables.
Janayna has worked in the creative industries since 1998, as a designer. Worked for Brazilian design agencies, publishing companies and as a freelancer. Decided to shift the career from Design to Management Consulting after working for Spice Holdings (India & UAE), during the development of a master thesis on team dynamics. Applied her consulting skills and the experience has proven to be very successful.
